The throw pillows on this sofa serve to draw together to multiple colors found on the walls in this room. Note that there are several different fabrics used in the pillows that all work to help tie the room together, from plaids to florals to solids. |

This sofa also uses throw pillows for decoration to the sofa itself and to pull colors from the room together. The layers of different-colored pillows create the image that all the colors are found in the sofa, even though actually the sofa is not multi-colored. It draws from the color in the nearby chair, the colors in the rug, and in the barely-visible window treatments. |

This armchair sits in a green room, into which we wanted to introduce more color. Pulling from some artwork that is on the walls, we used this geometric design to help tie the colors of the art into the rest of the room. The animal print pillow offers a more solid design for the eye to rest on and pulls out the yellow from the chair. |
